Resumo: I will survey some results on the uniqueness of Lagrangian spheres and RP^2 in rational surfaces, which are in turn closely related to the problem of symplectomorphisms. The main tool is a construction of symplectomorphism called the "ball-swapping". Through this approach, we were able to show a uniqueness result for Lagranigan spheres in A_n-Milnor fibers and all rational surfaces.
